Right of withdrawal

According to statutory provisions, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods.

 

Please note that SALE items are excluded from exchange or return.

Upon receipt of your cancellation, we will immediately send you a confirmation and initiate the necessary steps to ensure the reversal.

3. Return costs: The customer shall bear the costs of return unless the return is due to an error on our part or defective goods.
4. Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the customer's original payment method.

   Exceptions: Personalized, specially made or sealed products cannot be returned if the seal has been removed after delivery.
